Officeworks Keswick - Technology Assistant

  • Identify customer needs, then provide recommendations and explain technology solutions to customers with a variety of different technological abilities and understanding.

  • Build customer relationships, and assist business customers with large scale technology solutions.

  • Assist with point of sale, print & copy, and stock replenishment departments as needed.

Private Tutoring

  • Develop and tailor lessons to suit the students ability and learning style.

  • - Work alongside parents to create learning plans, helping students to succeed in their schoolwork or extend their knowledge.

Leadership:

School Vice Captain

  • Engaged with the student body in order to promote cohesion, school spirit, community, promoting issues of importance within the school.

  • Organised several large scale fundraising events

  • Planned and executed events such as the year 12 breakfast, and created new initiatives such as the year 6-12 leadership workshop, “Welcome Back Week” which aimed to improve school community post COVID lockdown, and the lockdown challenges.

  • Liaised with members of staff, and worked with a diverse range of students to accurately portray their needs.

Mentor - Alliance of Girl’s Schools Australasia Student Leadership Conference

  • Worked with a small group of student leaders in order to develop their leadership capabilities, encouraging them to be vulnerable and courageous in order to make a difference.

  • Organised and planned group activities, and the facillitated important discussions within the group over the course of the 4 day conference.
